There is an elevator to the 5th floor and then one has to walk the additional floor.Inside we have a delightful studio with a full kitchen, bath and WC. Climb a circular staircase and arrive on our private rooftop terrace to see the roofs of Paris. More than 60% of the monuments of Paris are visable from this rooftop terrace. It is wonderful to return to the apartment afte a busy day and have a glass of wine on the roof.Sleeping is on a French Queen bed and a futon for 4 person maximum. My street, also called « The street of the theatres », is a lively one with its own lounges, its bars, its small cafés, its typical restaurants, and a step away from the markets of Rue Lepic and Rue des Martyrs.Well served by public transports via the Métro line 2 which connects the Champs Elysées to the well known cimetery of Père Lachaise with all its celebrities ; well served by the line 12 which connects the church of la Madeleine, Montparnasse area, Place de la Concorde nearby the very French style Jardin des Tuileries, as well as the Porte de Versailles which gathers together the main parisian shows and congresses.
